The mission of Hanover Career Student Resource Inc. is to facilitate communication between students and local businesses for the purposes of learning, career development and workforce development.

Vision:  By using the HCSR Career Guide as a tool, students, parents, educators and local businesses will form a community focused upon effective career decision making, appropriate education/training and work experiences that will result in a well trained workforce capable of meeting the employment needs of Hanover County.
